The building is newly constructed, so both its facilities and furniture are practically new, making it an ideal option for the most demanding guests. The available apartments are: Apartments for 2/4 people with one double bedroom and a two-seater sofa bed in the living-dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace. Apartments for 4/6 people with two double bedrooms and a two-seater sofa bed in the living-dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace. Apartments for 6/8 people with three double bedrooms and a two-seater sofa bed in the living-dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, hob, washing machine, coffee maker, and utensils suitable for the capacity of each unit. Bed linen is provided for all guests. All apartments are notable for their spaciousness, featuring large and pleasant rooms that are uncommon in beach apartments, making them ideal for any long stay. At the reception, guests can rent towels or bring their own.
