Just 300m from tennis courts & playground, 7.2kms from the golf & 4.1kms from the beach Lounge by the swimming pool or relax in the quiet seclusion of the Zen garden. This apartment has it all. Enjoy a Caribbean-style cocktail & listen to a soft samba while the T-bone sizzles on the BBQ Decorated in modern woodland style, the Ashanti Garden is fully equipped with all imaginable amenities The master bedroom has a 160cm wide comfort bed & the guest room 2x 90cm single beds The spacious living/Dining room is equipped with a bluetooth speaker & HD TV There is a large selection of TV programs in many languages + NETFLIX Wi-fi internet is provided The Zen garden has a dining area, sitting area, BBQ , lounge chairs, sunbeds & nice views .
