This authentic, carefully restored “Finca” style Ibizan villa is located near San Vicente and just 3.4 km from the beach. It has a nice pool (6mx3m), barbecue and stone oven and an outdoor dining room perfect for al fresco dining, it is ideal for families. As it is a farm, it has thick walls and ceilings with wooden beams, ideal for keeping the villa cool in summer in the authentic Ibizan style. All areas and rooms have air conditioning, except one that has a fan. * No parties allowed at the property and no music can be played after 23h. ** With any reservation for our villas, periodic cleaning and change of sheets is included in the price.
