Two large village houses with massive natural stone walls, whose origins date back to the beginning of the last century, have been completely renovated and converted into a comfortable two-storey holiday home. The original structure of both houses was preserved as far as possible, but brought up to date with modern materials. The two houses, originally built one behind the other, were joined together, so that the current village house presents itself in finca style with a living area of approx. 214 sqm. The renovated house offers on the ground floor a spacious, modern living and dining area with an open kitchen, which is perfectly equipped. A shower-bath with guest toilet is available on the ground floor. A living hall has been lavishly restored and forms the stylish heart of the house. From here there is access to the upper floor, which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Half of the entire upper floor, which extends over several levels, is taken up by the generously proportioned master room with ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with palm trees, cypresses and citrus trees. The centre of the property is the 13 metre long pool. Various terraces make the stay outside pleasant and an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, gas BBQ grill, gas burner and sink make the property with garden and patio the ideal holiday residence in all seasons. Es Llombards has five restaurants, two small bars, a bakery and a small weekly market on Thursdays, all within 500 metres of the house. Several larger supermarkets offer ample shopping in Santanyi and on Wednesdays and Saturdays it is market day in Santanyi, 3 km away.
I wanted to create a place to feel good on Mallorca - my favourite island. At some point I found Casa 3 Leones in Es Llombards, completely gutted it, renovated it and turned it into my very own private holiday home. Since I can't be there all year round, I decided to share the house with nice people and gladly give it to holiday guests. I have already met many guests who come back again and again and who have taken Casa 3 Leones into their hearts just as I have.

Here the life is pristine but due to the well organised infrastructure the stay in the area of Santanyi is very pleasant. Numerous restaurants, cafés and shops can be found in the village. The market on Wednesdays and Saturdays in Santanyi is very well known and popular throughout the island. Casa 3 Leones is located in the Es Llombards district. From here, it is close to the beaches of Es Trenc, Cap Ses Salines and the famous bathing bays of S`Almunia and Mondrago. In Es Llombards, visitors will also find several restaurants, two small bars, a bakery and a small weekly market on Thursdays.
