It is a quiet, residential neighborhood right on the edge of town. Full of single-family houses, with swimming pools and a good standard of living. It is one of the "modern" areas of the city. Next to the town of Beniferri. And the Congress Palace, the Trade Fair and the highest Hotel in the city. An area full of gardens, green areas and large, spacious but quiet avenues. With little traffic they give access to the center and to all areas of the city. In less than 20 minutes you will have surrounded the entire city of Valencia and returned home.
