The fine print
According to the new Spanish law, Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October, which came into force on 2 December 2024, guests are required to register on the first day they make a reservation, even if it is modified or canceled later (including children aged 0-17).

If you do not complete the registration according to the Royal Decree, your reservation will be canceled.

A damage deposit of € 70 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
