Property info

Beautiful detached villa with private pool in a quiet Mediterranean villa. Ideal for families, enjoy your holidays near the sea. Wifi. 3 rooms, capacity up to 8 people. Closed parking. Port Aventura at 20 ', Cambrils / Salou at 15'. The chalet has three bedrooms, one double and two with two beds each (option for a baby cot). All with built-in wardrobe. Linen included. The kitchen is "American" type, with fridge-freezer, electric hob, extractor, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, toaster, coffee maker, water heater. Plot of 400m2. An outdoor garden surrounds the entire villa, including a private pool and a portable barbecue. Hot water and oil heating. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. All with illuminated mirror, hairdryer, towels and WC. The living room has 2 sofas, one of them a double sofa bed, table and chairs, and a 32 "flat TV with access to DTT and satellite television (international channels). The indoor fireplace is not usable. The parking space is discovered inside the enclosed space.
