With the beach just 800 meters away, you can spend your days lounging in the sand or swimming in the refreshing waters of the Mediterranean Sea. But perhaps the best part of this property is its commitment to sustainability. It is completely off-grid, with solar panels providing all the necessary electricity, and a well providing fresh water.
