The flat is situated in an old beautiful building with 3 balconies towards the street and two windows towards the patio, so if you look for a bright space you won't be disappointed. The main bedroom is spacious and equipped with a double-layer comfortable bed to enjoy a nice sleep after a day of tourism. The second bed room is smaller but also equipped with the same high quality bed. The kitchen has all you may need to cook including oven, microwave and Nespresso. The bathroom is specious and bright. The living room is equipped with a 55 inch Flat Smart TV with Netflix included. Alexa is availableif you like to listen to music.
The flat is situated in the most multicultural part of Madrid offering a wide selection of different cuisines and shopping experience. It is also popular among the students as it is close to the university campus. If you like markets you would love going to the "Mercado de Maravillas" and you will be surprised by the variety of food offered there. It is just 1-2 minutes away from the flat. The whole area is full of very nice restaurants and bars. In calle Orense you can go for fashion shopping. The majestic and beautiful Chamberi is the neighborhood on the other side of Cuatro Caminos while on other direction you are close to Paseo de Castellana.
