Cozy 3-bedroom duplex with stunning views to Peñon Ifach and the sea, is located in a beautiful urbanization of Calpe “Montesol”. The house has two floors and a solarium with views. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, toilet, patio and living room with access to the terrace with outdoor furniture. On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms with double beds in each one and the two bathrooms (one with a bath and the other with a shower) The urbanization has beautiful green areas and a swimming pool. The house is fully prepared so that you can enjoy your vacation peacefully without any worries: AACC throughout the house, a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, parking, bed linen and towels. At about 500 meters there is a rocky beach and at about 800 meters a small sandy beach. Calpe beach can also be reached by car in less than 10 minutes. In the area there are several restaurants and bars, tennis courts and diving school (check opening hours)
Welcome! You are about to reserve a magnificent property in Costa Blanca. My name is Raimondas and I live with my family on the coasts of Alicante for more than 15 years. The Costa Blanca has a contrast of landscapes such as the steep cliffs of the Marina Alta, the beaches of the Vega Baja del Segura, the mountains (Montgó, Sierra Helada, etc.), the lagoons and the salt flats. The ecological variety makes us find up to four natural parks: El Montgó, El Marjal Oliva-Pego, the Peñón de Ifach and the Lagunas de la Mata and Torrevieja. I can assure you that this area is ideal for spending holidays with both friends and children. There are also many water and theme parks, where you can spend unforgettable days. The beaches with crystal clear waters, a variety of bars and restaurants, fresh fruits and vegetables and plenty of sun await you. I am at your disposal for any questions or suggestions. I will do my best so that you can enjoy your vacation.
Calpe and surroundings: Calpe, which is about 3 km away, is a great place to spend your holidays. His pleasant climate, endless blue flag sand beaches, narrow streets of the old town and a variety of restaurants and bars with exquisite Mediterranean cuisine, have led many to choose this beautiful city as their favorite vacation spot. Peñón de Ifach Natural Park is one of the places that attract a lot of interest from tourists. You can climb up to the rock by walking along a wide forest track and enjoy impressive views. The route to the top of the rock has two levels of difficulty. The first level up to the tunnel is suitable for everyone and after the tunnel a slightly more complicated section begins and you have to wear the most adapted footwear. But whatever is your level, we assure you that it is an essential place to visit. Near the port is another place of interest. "Baths of the Queen". Among the rocks you can see small square-shaped pools with inlet channels for seawater. Benidorm is about 30 minutes by car. Alicante Airport is about 1 hour driving on the highway.
