You will not find a better way to enjoy the essence of the Mediterranean than staying in our studio, a few meters from the beach. Newly renovated, with a sloping roof and a large terrace that will make your vacation in the city the best! It is a very cozy and newly renovated studio, perfect for all those people who want to spend wonderful days as a couple or friends. The Cladamis apartment has a wonderful natural light and is located in one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Valencia, 'El Cabanyal'. It consists of a large open space where you can find a rest and comfort area next to the living room and bedroom with a large comfortable double bed. Along with it, a fully renovated kitchen area equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For the cleanliness and care of our guests, you can find a complete and beautiful bathroom with exposed bricks and decorated with a very detailed taste. And what better way to enjoy the sun of Valencia than to enjoy rich breakfasts and good times than on the large terrace offered by our accommodation! We will make you feel like you are in your own home!

The apartment is located in the famous neighborhood of Cabanyal. It is one of the most vibrant enclaves and not only because of its proximity to the sea, but also because it is a neighborhood of contrasts, which retains its modernist lines on many of the facades of its houses, its disposition as a reminder of the town that one day was and today, annexed to the most cosmopolitan Valencia, attracts neighbors and tourists alike. An area, also, with an overflowing social activism that currently has a huge cultural offer and quality cuisine. You can enjoy the city of Valencia and its coast with all its essence. This is a great place to try paella near the beach and see some local bands in one of the old stores that are now becoming spaces for events. The area has several large supermarkets around, and many nice bars and restaurants. Here you can try the best paellas and the best tapas in history, it is also the perfect place to see flamenco shows.
