Welcome to our tranquil farmhouse, which has 300 Mb Fibre internet and a 6000 sqm plot set next to the Sierra de Mijas mountains on the outskirts of Alhaurin de la Torre. Outside, it has large terraces around the property with a larger than average saltwater swimming pool (9.2M by 6.1M) with a outside shower and toilet, sunbeds, shaded day bed, a bar with commercial fridge, TV and amazing sunset views of the mountain landscape Guadalhorce Valley. The farm has over 100 trees, mostly avocado with a mix of citrus, figs and a small stream. The covered terraces include a free slate pool table, dining table for 10, built in charcoal BBQ, food preparation, sink and fridge area which is currently being modernised. Inside the farmhouse off a central corridor is a bathroom with a bath, a smaller bathroom with a walk in shower and 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning. The first (1 King, 1 Single) is 20 SqM with french doors, the second (1 King, 1 Single) is 15 SqM with a large built in wardrobe and ceiling fan, the third (1 King) is 10.5 SqM and the last (2 singles) is 10 SqM with views to a lawned area shaded by mature avocado trees. All bedrooms are freshly decorated with new vinyl laminate flooring and double glazed. Overlooking the swimming pool is a large open plan kitchen and air conditioned lounge with wall mounted 65 Inch LG QNED TV. The recently fitted new kitchen is to a high specification with granite worktops and installed with high quality new appliances including a dishwasher. A reverse osmosis system is fitted to provide drinking water. We are located at the end of a tarmaced lane and you enter via electric gates and drive down to our farmhouse which has ample parking for several cars.

We are modernising our farmhouse so that others may enjoy the beauty of its setting and facilities. We have lived here for 7 years and with our children and grandchildren visiting we have a vast knowledge of the Costa del Sol and Málaga. We love our peaceful and scenic location close to Málaga, the airport and the Costa del Sol coast. Within a short 500m walk is a popular spanish venta as well as a footpath with access to the Sierra de Mijas mountains with their extensive footpaths and incredible views of Malaga and the Coast. Also close by is a bus stop with an excellent service to Málaga, Alhaurin De La Torre or inland to Alhaurin El Grande and Coin. Our local town is Alhaurin De La Torre which is an affluent and thriving Spanish town with excellent shops, market (every Wednesday), restaurants, parks, medical facilities and bars. The nearest large supermarket is Supeco in Alhaurin De La Torre which is 3 km away. The nearest golf course is Lauro Golf 5 km away, with Alhaurin Golf, Parador Golf and Guadalhorce all a 20 minute drive away. Málaga airport is also a 20 minute drive. Whilst we would recommend a hire car to fully explore the Costa del Sol, we are unusual for a rural property in that its only a short walk to an excellent bus service to Málaga from where a train goes along the coast to Fuengirola. We are also normally covered by Bolt and Uber so a car is not essential. Other supermarkets nearby are Lidl (5 Km) and Mercadona (4 Km). The closest beach is Playa De Los Alamos which is 20 minutes by car. The centre of Malaga is a 25 minute drive and Marbella is 45 minutes away. You can also walk via footpath to Alhaurin De La Torre and explore this vibrant Spanish town.
