Charmingly designed 1 bedroom apartment, sleeps up to 4 guests. In a quiet location, within a couple of minutes walk from Paseo de Gracia and Avenida Diagonal. The entire apartment is rented out. As you enter into the apartment, there is a large open planned living area, with a fully equipped kitchen, dinning and sitting area. In the sitting area, there is a sofa which can be opened up to a double sofa bed. There is a cute balcony leading off the sitting area with street views. A hallway leads from the kitchen area to the bathroom. To the back of the apartment, you have a large and elegant bedroom with a Queen sized double bed and large fitted wardrobes. There is air conditioning with cooling, heating and ventilation (HVAC) throughout the apartment.
I have been living in Barcelona for more than 25 years. Looking forward in meeting you. I am an Individual host and I do not live at the property. The whole apartment is rented out.
Gracia is one of Barcelona´s oldest neighbourhoods, with a variety of choices of restaurants, bars and quaint designer boutiques. People describe it as being an authentic Catalan village within the centre of the city. There are many small and charming squares with terraces, where you can relax, people watch, have a tapas and a glass of sangria. The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Vila de Gracja. Paseo de Gracia and Avenida Diagonal, the most exclusive shopping streets of Barcelona are within a couple of minutes walk, The Gaudi Buildings of Casa Batlló and Casa Milà, are a short stroll down Paseo de Gracia.
