Minimalist, bright, spacious and comfortable apartment with three rooms, located in the unbeatable area of ​​Latina, home to major festivals such as El de La Paloma (Madrid's main festival) and "Tapapies"; as well as its multicultural environment in every corner. Each of the rooms has its own bathroom, two of them en suite. It is ideal for families and groups of friends who want to spend a few days in the city staying in the heart of Madrid, being one more from Madrid. Spectacular apartment widely distributed with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room with views of the street and a very comfortable kitchen equipped with everything you need to feel at home. It is a space designed so that those who stay here can live the day-to-day life of Madrid. A very busy life, full of joys, laughter and memorable moments. Enjoy every corner of the house and our neighborhood, there are endless things and experiences to live and we want you to be part of our city.

Neighborhood info

La Latina is the neighborhood par excellence of cañas, tapas, mojitos and terraces. Our street is in a quite privileged location, since we are about 15-20 minutes walking (depending on the pace of walking) from the major tourist landmarks. You have the Puerta del Sol, the Plaza Mayor, the Prado Museum, the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral, the Gran Vía in a breath. On Sundays you can't miss the Rastro, which occupies almost half of our neighborhood, filling it with shops reminiscent of the London flea market. We have streets full of native restaurants, African food, Indian food, many restaurants with typical Japanese food, Lebanese, Spanish food and many more. The community of Madrid has just activated the new APR area, which is of preferential use for residents. So if you plan to come in your own or rented car, you must take into account that access is restricted, and entering this area with a vehicle carries a fine. Be careful with the roads they use and if they enter the center they must park in a parking lot, not on the street, it is the only way to avoid fines.
