A charming place that will make your stay much more pleasant. If you want to enjoy a great experience in the city of Valencia, what better way than staying in my apartment. Equipped with everything you need to make your stay, the best. Located 300 meters away from the famous Torres de Serranos and Barrio del Carmen, the largest and one of the most beautiful old town in Europe. From the apartment, you can access many points of tourist interest either by taking a pleasant walk, or by public transport as you will find bus, metro and tram stops near the apartment. Alejandro's apartment, located on the second floor with elevator, offers magnificent natural light and a warm atmosphere. Equipped with television (Smart TV), wi-fi, air conditioning and heating. The apartment has two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single trundle bed. Also, you can find a modern and practical kitchen where you will have everything you need to cook, and a gallery inside. In addition, it consists of a spacious living room and two bathrooms, one inside the main room with all the essentials for guest toilet. Judge yourself :)
The neighbourhood is quiet and safe with very friendly neighbours who enjoy a chat or just a smile :) It is just 15 mins walking to the cathedral and close to the main historical sites and the central market as well as plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. There are 2 main supermarkets Consum and Mercadona right round the corner from apartment for convenience. (Remember they do not open on Sunday's!) The apartment has very good communication by public transport, although the city center and many points of tourist interest can be reached on foot. In the same street you can find the metro stop of 'Pont de Fusta', and just 10 minutes on foot the Benimaclet tram and metro stop, which connects with the beach area, among others.
