Welcome to our spacious, sunny fully equipped apartment, located in the beautiful gated condominium Sunset Golf with pool, and a wonderful panoramic ocean view!
This spacious, newly furnished, apartment of 100 m2, has two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms (one en suite), a fully equipped kitchen, and a large and bright living room that connects to the terrace. The 30m2 terrace faces south/south-west, which means sun for much of the day, with spectacular views of the sea, Africa and Gibraltar!
The main bedroom has a Queen Size bed of 160X200, and has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90X200.
All of the bedrooms have air conditioning. with immediate cooling and heating function, for a pleasant stay in all four seasons!
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, juicer, three different coffee machines (electric drip, Moka Pot and Nescafé Dolce Gusto), along with all the necessary crockery.
Also included, a private parking space in the underground car park.
I have lived in five countries, and travelled to many more .. yet only few places have the same magic as the Costa del Sol! :)

The condo Sunset Golf, in which the apartment is located, is very well maintained, has a beautiful tropical garden, a fantastic communal pool area, including a separate children's pool, and 24/7 security.

Located between Estepona and Marbella, in the La Concha-Resina Golf district, a calm and quiet environment, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with quick and convenient access to all the important areas of the region:

2 minutes to La Resina Golf, a short 9 holes golf course
5 minutes to Guadalmina beach
5 minutes to Safari Park Selwo
15 minutes to Puerto Banús, with its famous marina and restaurants
15 minutes to Estepona, with its beautiful white sand beach
15 minutes to several excellent golf courses
Needless to say, prices include bed linen, towels, water, electricity and high speed wifi.
