The rooms are spacious. Everything is new and fresh. Very good kitchen. Big bathroom. Quiet. Close to very good restaurants and a shopping street. We had a car so we used an underground parking garage nearby. 1 minute walk. Very good small supermarket 1 minute walk away. Fresh baked goods and meats every day. Wonderful. And they also have a laundry room with detergents and everything. Awesome.

This private apartment was perfect for my 5-day stay in Mallorca. There's a lot of space here, with a very nice layout. The kitchen has everything you really need, and it includes a large fridge and a stovetop for cooking. All utensils, plates, pots and pans were well stocked. The bedroom is a good size too, and it was comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was very good, and has an excellent shower. The WiFi service worked perfectly. There is also a patio area with a pool, although I was out every day and never used it. One of the strongest points, to me, was its great location... it's close to the central area and the beaches. If you are planning a trip to Palma de Mallorca, I definitely recommend this accommodation.

It is perfectly located for walking to all parts of Palma. Diego was a very efficient and helpful host. The apartment is a good size and well furnished. It is accessed through a pleasant courtyard with a plunge pool for when the weather is hotter.

Air conditioning ineffective - in fact had to switch it off as it made the apartment smell damp and musty which we reported to the owner. Close to other old town building renovations so it was noisy from 7.30/8.00am in the morning until about 6.00pm in the evening.

No information folder. No maps, no instructions on how to use equipment etc etc. No visitors book. The above are Mandatory requirements in Spain when renting!! Telephone number that was give was not operational!! Had requested check in at 12md, no one there to meet us until 2pm. Hanging about with luggage for 2 hours!! Had to plug in wires at back of TV for it to work, no info given!!
Location good once we had found our way round without a map in the apartment. Clean and tidy.

Bed was not uncomfortable but made noises when toss and turn. Water pressure of the shower was great, but it drained slowly. Some instructions on how to use the washing machines would have been helpful.
Very friendly and attentive host. Spacious and clean room. Wide kitchen space with a large fridge. Plenty of storage in the bedroom and living room for 5 nights stay.

The property is exactly as you see in the pictures, beautifully clean and very quiet. 5 minute walk from the bus stop from the airport, 2 minutes to the nearest bar, 10 minutes to the Rambla and Cathedral. Locally there is easy underground parking not associated with the property but very close by (use Saba.es for discounts). Stress free stay. Thank you Diego and crew.
