Relax, beach, golf...! 130 m2 penthouse in a luxury private urbanization, 2 terraces, living room with fireplace, air conditioning and heating, WI-FI via fiber optics in the home, double satellite dish with Astra and Hispasat satellites, 43´´ flat TV, paddle tennis, club social with cafeteria-restaurant and wi-fi area, 10,000 m2 of common areas with artificial lake.
It has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, built-in wardrobes, fully equipped kitchen (combi refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, juicer, coffee maker, oven, ceramic hob, etc.), mosquito nets on the windows, underground garage, swimming pool. people with reduced mobility. Next to the Islantilla 27-hole Golf Course, the new 100-hectare Camaleón Park, and the Islantilla Zipline.
