Residencial Denia Beach offers everything you need to enjoy a holiday with your partner or family with a large communal pool for adults and a shallow area for children, a garden, a children's area... In the center of Denia and on the beach, there is no you can ask for more! This comfortable 106 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The entire house is distributed on one floor, with a living room/kitchen-dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and en-suite bathroom and the other bedroom 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. The living room has a flat screen TV and a sofa. From the living room, you go out to the terrace with views of the sea, garden and pool. The apartment will have an armored door and double-glazed windows for perfect noise and temperature insulation, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. We put at your disposal our covered parking space, we are waiting for you!

Nestled between the mountains and the sea, this gem of the ever-popular Costa Blanca has lovely fronts and beaches, and there is an array of local shops and markets along with supermarkets for the most basic needs, and a range of international cuisine if you fancy it. something different. Denia Beach is the perfect balance between tranquility and nature, with all services just a few minutes away. Check-in is flexible - One day before your arrival we will contact you at the telephone number that you have provided in the reservation to specify the time of your arrival. Depending on availability and prior request, if the apartment is free and clean, check-in can be done before the time established as a general rule. We will know this information a day before and we will send it to you in the courtesy call, since it depends on the departure time of the previous guests and the time the cleaning team needs to prepare the new stay. Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries a surcharge to be paid directly upon arrival. For check-out, the procedure is repeated: one day before your departure we will contact you to specify the departure time.
