Property info

Villa Rulle is situated in a quiet urbanised area between Moraira and Calpe. Moraira and Calpe are two lively tourist villages with great leisure facilities on offer, both day and night. A few kilometres away from the house you will be able to enjoy the shops, restaurants and various services offered by the area, as well as its wonderful sandy beaches and rocky coves with crystal clear water. The plot is distributed over different levels. In the upper part you will find the house, divided into two floors. On the first floor of the house there is a living-dining room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and an open terrace with sea views that you will not forget. On the ground floor connected from the outside you will find a small and cosy apartment with a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. The terrace is at the bottom of the plot and is accessed by a beautiful stone staircase. It has a large and crystalline private swimming pool where you can take a quiet dip and a covered room with a well-equipped barbecue, as if it were the kitchen, and a bathroom. In addition the villa has a garden, combined with the typical Mediterranean vegetation found in the area.
