    Apartment was lovely, really spacious and 6 of us all adults were very comfortable. it is close to the beautiful beach and only 7 mins walk to the main square. Mel was an exceptional host.

    Location. Spacious. Very well equipped even washing tablets for washing machine and dishwasher. 2 parasols. Lots of storage space. Beach towels. Fabulous apartment. Internal patios for drying clothes in sunshine.

    Three of us stayed for a short cycling trip and it was excellent. The apartment is large with three bedroom and has a central secure area for bike storage. There was good public parking close by and contact with the host (Mel) was very good....

    Excellent location, very close to the sea front and restaurants etc but still a quiet area not very far from the centre. The apartment is very spacious, bright, clean and easy to keep tidy, could easily live there.

    Excellent apartment, spacious and well maintained. Nice touch from the host to leave a bottle of wine, fruit, etc. Beds comfortable. Ideal for cycling and good bike storage facilities.

IDEAL FOR CYCLISTS AND FAMILIES... "Sea One" is located at Port de Pollensa. In a central and quiet area. About 25 meters from the beach. Close to everything. Building with elevator. Only two apartments. It has an area of 150 meters, (1,615 feet) It consists of 3 rooms suitable for six people. Two bathrooms. Very bright and airy. Fully equipped and decorated with original paintings by artists from Mallorca. Free use of roof community terrace. Possibility to arrange different check-in and check-out times. Ask for availability. Tourist license number: ETVPL 12711. Taxes and tourist tax (2.20 person/day) INCLUDED in the price. A few days before the entrance you will be asked for your personal information to send to the hotel register. You will also be informed of how to get to the apartment. Bordering the natural park of La Gola, a place for bird watching. Rental of bicycles The best bike rental shop in Mallorca, Pinarello Experience, is located right on the ground floor of the building. Its location and natural environment will make you enjoy your vacation every day. Everything you need is next to the apartment. You can practically do everything on foot. In the same street there is parking and also a free public parking.
