Please note that a damage deposit of 500 euros must be paid, ideally by PayPal (especially if you come from a non EU country), within 5 days before the arrival date. In case you don't have PayPal, there are also other options: by bank transfer within the 5 days prior arrival or by credit card on arrival day. It will be refunded within 5 days after check-out, always if there isn't any damage to the property. The check-in could be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and the check-out from 9 a.m. until 11:00 p.m., unless there is no other guest leaving / arriving on the same day. For a Check-in after 8 p.m. an extra charge of 50 euros must be paid. The pool heating costs 150 euro per week. It is a cozy villa with private pool in an area near the beach, 2 minutes from the Gran Sur shopping center, tennis court, spa, restaurants, etc. The villa is recently renovated and decorated in a modern and cozy style. The ground floor has a spacious and bright living room, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Outside the villa has a seating area with a sofa, a covered dining room, a large private heated pool with sun loungers and a parking lot. Pool heating can be requested with a supplement to pay on site. From the villa there are views of the ocean and the mountains. The villa has TV with international channels, WI-FI, air conditioning in all areas.
