Welcome to our cosy penthouse apartment overlooking the harbour of Castellón! The flat is located in the maritime district of Grao de Castellón, in front of its marina and promenade. On the 8th floor with lift. Surrounded by restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlours and supermarkets. It is totally refurbished and all new (December 2023). Perfectly connected with Castellón and Benicasim both by car and public transport. The tram stop is at the end of the street, there are exits to Castellón centre and beaches every 15 min. From Castellón airport by taxi it takes 35 min and to Valencia airport 1 hour. It has a privileged location close to the prestigious Real Club Nautico, the golf club ‘costa azahar’, the tennis club Castellón, the aeroclub and the casino. Well located also for summer festivals FIB in Benicasim, ARENAL in Burriana beach or SOM FESTIVAL right in the port, from the terrace you can see the stage. A perfect stay for families or groups of friends due to the proximity to the beaches and for the business guest. Our favourite is TERRA MILLES next to the fishing port. *Water activities: On the beach you can rent jet skis, scooters, paddle boards... Grao Market: Visit the local market every Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 h on Paseo Sant Pere (just behind the flat).
