In Benalmádena Costa, the studio apartment Sunny Seaside Studio is conveniently located close to the beach. The property is surrounded by a 12.000 m² plot of land with tropical plants. The 33 m² studio apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine. There is a crib and a high chair available upon request. Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace with a table, 2 chairs with sea and mountain views. A shared outdoor area, consisting of 4 pools, a garden, garden furniture, a children's pool and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. One pool is available from June 7th to the end of August/beginning of September. Ask availability to the owner for other dates. Pets are allowed under request: max. 1 pet per reservation, up to 10kg. There is a parking spot available nearby but is not guaranteed. The property has step-free access and interior. 1 pool is open from April to October (subject to weather) and the other 3 are only open from July to August. An elevator is available in the building. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
