A private garden between buildings! This two double bedroom holiday home offers a large private terrace with a garden area and a large tree, in a convenient, well-connected and quiet location. An outdoor dining area, sun loungers and a hammock allow you to relax in the shade or enjoy the sunshine of the island of eternal spring. The property also offers a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower, fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, thousands of international TV channels and a small balcony. As usual, bed linen and towels and their replacements, beach towels, an ironing kit and a hairdryer are included. We advise all our guests that it is strictly FORBIDDEN to store sports equipment such as bicycles, kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing or other sports equipment inside this holiday property. PLEASE NOTE THAT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE THERE MAY BE NOISE NUISANCE DUE TO THE RENOVATION OF THE FACADE OF THE BUILDING. DEPENDING ON THE LEVEL OF NOISE NUISANCE, A MAXIMUM OF 20% OF THE RENT PAID WILL BE REFUNDED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MAXIMUM REFUND IS 20% ONLY FOR WORKING DAYS WITH NOISE NUISANCE, DEMONSTRABLE WITH PHOTOS OR VIDEOS AND ONLY IF THE PROPERTY IS DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY IT.
