Super private villa for 8 people 4 bedrooms with a superb view of the ocean. Jacuzzi, heated swimming pool, four-poster bed, barbecue, table tennis, table football... all the amenities for an unforgettable stay. Parking available in front of the villa. 2.5 km from the beach, 800 m from Xsur shopping centre, 20 minutes from the southern airport, every comfort! Located in the quiet residential area of Torviscas alto. This property consists of a 246 m² villa spread over 2 floors + basement with individual garage; it is built on a 575 m² plot. It has 2 living rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 separate toilet, 4 very spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a dining room that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The outside area offers beautiful gardens, a very large terrace with a private heated swimming pool, a 5-seater jacuzzi, a solarium with deckchairs and a four-poster bed, all overlooking a breathtaking view of the sea and its sunsets.

Neighborhood info

We would like to remind you that it is strictly forbidden to organise parties in the Villa. We ask you to respect the neighbourhood by not making any noise after 10.30 pm (decibel control). The villa is only accessible to guests registered on the booking form. The maximum number of guests is 8. The outside areas of the villa are under camera control. This villa is mainly intended for families with children.
