Exceptional service despite initial booking mishap. Upon arrival we noticed that our apartment had been mistakenly double-booked by Booking. The host promptly apologised and tried to communicate with Booking without success. Instead of leaving us stranded, he offered us an alternative apartment nearby at no additional cost. The host genuine and proactive approach compensated for the inconvenience. And the alternative apartment exceeded our expectations in term of localisation and comfort.
