Cycling friendly 3 bedroom detached villa with Air Conditioning in a good location to explore the Costa Blanca cycling routes. Peaceful residential area about 4 miles from Benidorm with all the amenities and entertainment it offers for families. Use of a communal swimming pool directly behind the villa. Safe storage for your bikes. We provide: bike stand, track pump, inner bike tubes (honesty box), cleaning outside area and products provided. FREE WiFi, UK and other EU tv channels available. The communal pool is not maintained or serviced by myself so I can't be held responsible for any maintenance that might happen during a stay and no refunds will be given because of this.

Peaceful residential location with great mountain views to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Please bear in mind that the pool is communal and I do not maintain or service it. I will not be held responsible for any times when the pool amenity is not available as advertised and no refunds will be given as it is out of my control! A car is reccomemded to travel around the area and cycling is an optional activity.
