We are pleased to present our kids-friendly holiday home in Mallorca Villa Can Pujadas, situated nearby of the city Manacor, on the east coast of the Island. The capital of the region, Manacor, the second most important city on the island, with supermarkets, restaurants and cafes, pharmacies, and well-developed infrastructure, is located 5 minutes drive, and various sandy beaches as Sa Coma, Cala Millor, Porto Cristo, etc. ideal for families with kids, can be reached within 10-15 minutes drive. Villa Can Pujadas is a charming Mallorcan-style house that offers a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, TV, and decorative fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms: two with double beds and one with 3 single beds and 1 bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a one bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom, a semi-covered terrace with a lounge and dining area where you can relax and enjoy spectacular views over the pacific countryside. The holiday house is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: a dishwasher, TV via satellite, WiFi, washing machine, fans, heaters, bed linens, towels, etc. The property also offers private covered parking for at least 3 cars. Villa Can Pujadas is settled on a private gated plot, that offers a big swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds, manicured garden with olives, lemon and mandarine trees, and plenty of the Mediterranean and typical Mallorcan trees and plants. Also, there is an equipped summer kitchen with all necessary for cooking and with a great stone BBQ, perfect for preparing the freshest local meat, seafood, and vegetables. Also, you have an outdoor bathroom next. The smallest ones will appreciate a nice playground with a wooden house, where they can spend hours playing meanwhile you enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the countryside. It is an ideal place for families or a group of friends desiring to spend pleasant moments.
