Pros: furniture, TV, amenities, bathroom, kitchen, train station nearby with directions to both airport & central railway station, forest area nearby with outstanding views. No receptionists between you and the apartment: the key code comes to your email about 1 hour before the check-in starts. It's way cheaper and more flexible when you buy/order some meals on your own in advance and use then the fully equipped kitchen to cook/prepare/warm up your food thanks to a fridge, microwave, kettle, stove, coffee machine (rather than eating in restaurants). You can enjoy walking in the forest nearby as well. The train station is in 5 minutes which gets you to both directions: the airport & the central station (city center). 200% recommend booking it.

Almost everything was perfect; the starter kit had tea, coffee and some interesting lactose-free milk packs in the fridge. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped. Trading off being a bit out of the city (but around the corner from the train station) for private accommodation and being even cheaper than most hostels was well worth it.

It was a pleasure staying at the apartment, definitely one of the best places to stay when you are in Helsinki. It has everything you need: cooking tools in the kitchen, heaters for cold nights, and basic bathroom facilities (dryer, soap+shampoo). Have not had the chance to use the TV, but the screen size is perfect for movie nights. There is a train station in close proximity (5 min) that will take you to the city center in 10 mins, there is a grocery store close by which is open till late evening. For the Estonian visitors, there is even an Estonian grocery store on the first floor of the building. On-call customer service is very good, the guy answered my call on Sunday at midnight. The value for money of these apartments is just the best in all of Helsinki.

The environment is good. The traffic here is excellent just walk a few minutes then you can take the train and there is a bus stop beside. There are two supermarkets nearby. The interior is very new and clean. You can clearly see the view outside!

Yi-an Taiwan

All facilities were in excellent condition. The staff reaction was quick and positive. The railway station was 2 min walking from the house and it took only 12 min to reach city center. Train runs every 10 min. Very convenient.

Perfect accommodation. Easy check-in process, free secure parking. Ultra clean accommodation with kitchen and all mentioned facilities. Very close to train station that you can even visit airport or helsinki via train and no need car. Ultra clean rest rooms and super easy checkout process. I will definitely recommend and will stay here next time I visit with family.

It’s suitable for family, all the necessary convenience of a home are found here, ironing board, iron, washing machine, microwave e.t.c All those things are hard to come by in a hotel. The location is decent, close to shops and the metro. The room is large, comfortable and clean
