Viking Line ferry sails from Helsinki to Tallinn and travels across the Gulf of Finland. This one-way overnight journey departs from Katajanokka Terminal in Helsinki and will arrive in the A-terminal of Tallinn Harbor the next morning. All cabins have a private private bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a desk or a seating area. There are several choices of cabin available ranging from 5.9 to 75 feet squared in size. The ferry has a wide range of different bars and cafés serving local delicacies such as smoked salmon, herring, fried fish, caviar and shrimp. There are also wines available which have been picked by established winemakers. Vegetarian options and a children's menu are also available. Onboard shops offer a variety of designer clothes and accessories, quality wines and spirits, as well as Nordic sweets and homeware. There’s also a children's club. After the nine-hour journey, you’ll be able to explore the many sites and attractions of Tallinn, including the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the Lennusadam and the Tallinn Zoo.

Traveling as a group:
- The group must consist of a minimum of 10 adult passengers with one booking and a joint ticket
- The minimum age limit is 16 years of age
- Youth groups (under valid minimum age limits) are welcome on board on a journey organized by a school, sports club or other registered organization
- The group must be accompanied by a leader with a verifiable connection to the group, for example a teacher, parent or the leader of the association. A minimum of one leader per every 10 participants is required
- The leader of the youth group must be at least 30 years of age. Exception: a teacher/leader of the association under the age of 30 is accepted as a leader when traveling with their own school class/team. The leader's connection to the group must be verified with the proper documentation
