Apartment 14, in the Florimontagne A block, is a traditional chalet building of just 11 apartments with private parking area as well as an enclosed garage space. It is a 2 minute walk away from the main street of Le Chinaillon here in the resort of Le Grand Bornand. This 149m² apartment is a duplex on the 3rd floor of the block. The ski locker room is adjacent to the front door of the building. The apartment sleeps 8 people. On the top floor there is a double bedroom with kingsize bed, two twin rooms (one with zip link beds which can be a superking double if required), a bathroom with bath & shower above the bath plus a toilet. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle and toilet. The open plan living room is large and spacious and incorporates the kitchen, lounge and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, dish washer, large fridge and freezer, oven and micro-wave, Nespresso machine and enough cutlery, dishes, glasses, pans etc for 8 and more. The lounge is comfortable, with two large couches, a flat screen tv, a DVD player and a HI-FI system. It also has a chimney for these cold winter evenings, which makes it feel all the more cosy!! Next to the living room is a cloak room and a laundry room, (with washing machine, dryer) and also a toilet. The lounge, kitchen and dining area have numerous windows as well as French windows leading to the large balcony which runs the length of the apartment. It is south facing with superb views of the surrounding mountains and the ski area. The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clea ...

This apartment for 8 people is a 149m² duplex (including 35m² in the attic) located on the 3rd and last floor. On the 1st floor, there is a storage room (for shoes and coats) and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a toilet and a large water basin. The main room is large and spacious, and contains the dining room, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes for 8 people or more. You have a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a large fridge, a freezer, a Nespresso machine and a dishwasher. You will also find enough pots, pans and casseroles for the capacity of the apartment. The living room is large and comfortable and equipped with a flat screen with DVD player and Hifi system. There is a large fireplace, which makes winter evenings very pleasant! In the living room, dining room and the kitchen, you have large picture windows which give you access to the balcony. This runs the entire length of the apartment and faces south, thus benefiting from very good exposure. The view overlooks the village, the slopes and the mountains Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 160cm double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (which can be pushed together to make 180cm beds if necessary) and a bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. On the main floor is a bedroom with a 160cm double bed with an adjoining bathroom (private!) With bath, shower cubicle and WC. The slopes are a short walk away via a public lift. The ski locker is adjacent to the entrance of the building. There are 11 apartments in the building and reserved parking spaces plus a private and closed garage. The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the village center, where you have restaurants, shops and bakeries. The price includes household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). End-of-stay cleaning is included, however the premises must be left in a correct state (beds unmade, garbage cans taken out, dishwasher emptied etc ...) Loan of high chairs and baby cots on request.
