This top floor duplex apartment, is ideally located opposite the ski slopes with fantastic views up and down the valley from the large south facing balcony. This 82m² apartment is located in the very centre of the village with the main supermarket on the ground floor of the building. It is also within a very short walk to the Chatelet chairlift (open in the summer to take hikers & bikes up the mountain), as well as the local shops, restaurants and bars. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a Queen sized bed, large built-in wardrobe and views looking out towards the mountains. Bedroom 2 also has a Queen sized bed and built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and a set of bunk bed, so sleeps up to 4 people. The bedlinen and towels are included in the rental price. Our duplex apartment is very well located, in the new apartments in the village of Lessy, in the center of Chinaillon (commune of Grand Bornand). This building faces south and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and the ski slopes. The apartment is 82m² and is located right in the center of the village, directly above the village grocery store. You can access the ski slopes on foot, using a public lift. The chalet has 3 bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 8. The first two bedrooms have double beds and the third has bunk beds and two single beds. In this third bedroom you have a shower room with a WC. The main bathroom is on the first floor and is equipped with a washer/dryer. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and dishwasher. The living room is comfortably furnished with a large corner sofa, an armchair and a small coffee table and a dining table. There is a flat screen TV with a DVD player and a Wifi connection. French windows give you access to the south-facing balcony. There is a mezzanine upstairs with a balcony that overlooks the living/dining room. This floor is ideal for children, there is a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The price includes household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!).
