Concierge Thomas was helpful in getting us some food from the bar when the restaurant Was fully booked and also getting us tickets to the amazing Domaine de Chantilly a short walk away. It was clear to us that the General Manager Pascale Groell provides 5-star leadership, training, and clear expectations about how to provide world class customer service.
