Perfect location. just 2-3 minutes walking distance from metro station. Room was very clean but be aware that room is really small. bathroom was also clean and they have perfect hot water system. they asked us if we prefer any floor from 1 to 5. that was nice. we thought that 5th floor would be better with some view but the elevator is so slow. In total we were so happy with the hotel.

Things were just easy all around - given that this was a work trip. Breakfast was fine. Room while basic, was very functional. Very small amount of real traffic noise, despite being in such a busy place. {I have previously lived in this arrondissement in Rue Bobillot so know this area very well.} The location is terrific - right next to a large metro station that is has 3 metro lines. Makes it easy to get around.

Convenient location close to Place d'Italie and public transport, by metro within 25 min from several train stations (Nord, Est, Austerlitz, Lyon). Not the most touristic place in Paris but quiet and with many restaurants and facilities around. Nice hotel, clean and quiet contemporary room with a desk and tea/coffee, comfortable bed, everything worked well, including WiFi. I did not have breakfast at the hotel. Last but not least, helpful staff, and a special prize for the so friendly man at the reception in the late evening !

The staff was greatly helpful and so nice and welcoming, the lady in the front desk ( day time) helped me so much when I lost my baggage, she contacted the airport for me so many time and she did her best to help me. Hotel location is great, it’s only 3 min walking to M6 subway train.
