Studio apartment approx 19 metres square in a nice residence. There is a bunk bed area with a sliding door to close it off from the living room. The living room has a fold down double bed which is also a sofa when the bed is put away. The balcony has a table and 2 chairs and a nice view of the mountains. There is a bar at the entrance to the residence under the apartment but the bar owner also owns an apartment next to mine and is considerate about noise. The kitchenette has a mini oven, microwave, toaster, coffee percolator, fridge, kettle and 2 electric rings. There is a flat screen TV. The bathroom has a bath with shower fitted, toilet, wash basin and a large radiator. In the basement there is a secure ski locker. Parking outside in the car park is free but not allocated. There is a bakery, mini market, cafe, ski hire shops and 2 bars in the residence. In Winter the nearest ski lift is approx 200 metres. In Summer the nearest lift is approx 800 metres. There are free shuttle buses. There is an activity area at Le Pontet with a man made beach, lake, crazy golf, pedalo boats, kayaks, high ropes course, bouncy castles, trampolines, restaurants and bars. Bed linen and towels are not included but you can pre-order these at an extra cost if required.

Antoine is French lives in Les Contamines and owns another apartment next to mine if you wanted more than 1 property. He speaks perfect English.

Just 200 metres from the nearest ski lift in Winter with free parking. In Summer the ski lift at La Gorge 800 metres away is open. There is a free shuttle bus. The village is traditional Savoyarde with several bars, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets.
