Property info

The original foundation of this farm house was laid down as far back as the 18th century; the region 'Savoi' still belonged to Italy but was absorbed back into France in 1860 as part of the political agreement with Napoleon III that brought about the unification of Italy. Since 1801 the farm house has been passed down through generations and then in 1995 was fully renovated with the highest quality materials and workmanship.

The property is situated at an altitude of 875 meters above sea level and is surrounded by forests, fields and the tall beautiful mountains of the Alps. The area is calm, peaceful and far away from any nuisance, a hidden paradise in the heart of Europe ;-)
