On the ground floor, you can access the living-dining room equipped with a television and a leather sofa, the adjoining fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will have a 1st bedroom with 1 140x190 cm bed, a 2nd bedroom with 1 160x200 cm bed, a 3rd bedroom with 2 90x190 cm beds and a bathroom with shower . You can enjoy a beautiful open veranda with plancha and view of the private unheated swimming pool (chlorine, 3.5m x 7m, depth 1.5m-1.80m, with alarm, access by staircase) open all year round and relax on the deckchairs without any vis-à-vis. A fully enclosed 200 m2 garden is at your disposal. For horse riding enthusiasts, you can accommodate your own horses on site with the owner's agreement.
