Chalet Blériot Chiron is ideally located at the foot of the slopes and only 300 metres away from the heart of the village, where all the shops, restaurants and bakeries are located. The chalet is made up of 2 separate units within the same property (Chalet Bleriot and chalet Chiron). They can either be rented as independent chalets, each sleeping 10 or grouped together to sleep up to 20 people thanks to the wide double doors located on the main floor which connect both sides very conveniently! Each side is fully equipped and fitted out so you have 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms, 2 living room spaces to be able to either join together or have separate spaces (children and adults). This makes for quite an ideal and flexible way of being able to enjoy the space. Bother chalets despite being near identical, have been decorated slightly differently: Bleriot with an aviation theme and Chiron which is old cars! In each of the 2 living rooms you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a large table that sits 10 people very comfortably. Both sides have a spacious living room that has 3 leather sofas, a large flat screen TV with DVD player and high speed wifi broadband internet. It therefore has 10 bedrooms & 10 bathrooms, 6 of which are ensuites! There are 6 double rooms and 4 twin rooms in total (twin & doubles each side downstairs & 2 doubles + a twin upstairs in either side). There is a laundry room with washer and dryer downstairs in either side (so 2 of each!). The spacious garages are fitted with a ski locker and a heated cupboard for ski boots as well as enough space to park a car. Altogether this chalet offers everything that one could hope for for a fantastic holiday in terms of amenities and location. Chalet Blériot Chiron is a superb chalet with 10 bedrooms that can sleep up to 20 people very comfortably. It includes 2 adjoining units (chalet Bleriot and Chalet Chiron) under the same roof, which can be rented separately or together, thanks to the communicating double door located at the level of the living room allowing to move from one side to the other freely . The 2 sides are almost identical in terms of layout and equipment. For decoration, there is a small aviation theme in the Bleriot half and rather an old car on the Chiron side! The 2 main living rooms are both equipped with a large table and chairs for 10 people, as well as a beautiful fitted kitchen. The 2 living rooms on either side include 3 leather sofas each, a flat screen TV with DVD player and a satellite decoder for English channels as well as an internet connection. The chalet has 6 bedrooms with double beds and 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. You also have 10 bathrooms (the 6 upstairs are private!) As well as 2 laundry rooms with washing machine and dryer in each. At the level of the 2 garages (large enough to accommodate a car) you have cupboards with shoe warmers allowing you to start a new day of activity in complete comfort! This chalet has the advantage of being at the foot of the green slope of the lake giving you access to the Chatelet chairlift as well as to the Floria (meeting point for ski schools). It is located less than 5 minutes from the main street of Chinaillon where there are shops, restaurants, bakeries etc. (ideal for buying your fresh baguette in the morning!). An ideal chalet for a successful holiday! The price includes household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). End-of-stay cleaning is included, however the premises must be left in a correct state (beds unmade, trash cans taken out, dishwasher emptied etc ...)
