Charming 4-bed & 3-bath French home from the 1750's nestled in a small village in the foothills of the Pyrenees. So much character, beautiful decor, your own bar, private terrace with pizza oven. This is a perfect getaway to unwind & unplug to spend time with family and friends.

Nestled in the foothills of the Pyrenees is the pretty village of Sainte-Colombe. The Village includes a lively pub 'The Pub Stop' open Wed-Sunday during the summer months, a lovely new local grocery shop & a backyard style dinner spot. We're 5 minutes down the road from Lac Montbel, a stunning lake with Mountain views and loads of walks & hikes. Twenty minutes north takes you to Mirepoix, a charming Medieval village with one of France's most notable Market which runs rain or shine every Monday. You're surrounded by villages spotted throughout the Ariège that all have their own charm and offerings. We're within an hour of Carcassonne & the Pyrenees from castles, to mountains, to natural springs, this area, truly has it all! It's necessary to have a car in the area, which will allow you to explore all the secret spots in the area. There's free parking on the street, which alternates every 2 weeks. There's a large parking lot at the end of the street for larger vehicles. Please do be mindful of the 'no parking' signs marketed on peoples garages.
