Our house has been lovingly renovated for over 10 years to provide a comfortable and peaceful setting for our guests. We have a large room (35㎡)with a mezzanine(12㎡) and a private bathroom (6㎡) (sink, Italian shower, and private toilet), as well as a small intimate area with an independent entrance, ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxing place away from the stress of the city. For your safety, we only welcome one family at a time, thus limiting any risk of contact with other groups. We have also provided hydroalcoholic gel to ensure impeccable hygiene.
I lived in Australia and then Japan for several decades and returned to France with my Japanese wife and our children in 2000. We now live in Lot, after having restored this ruin ourselves and opened a bed and breakfast in 2014. I enjoy construction and gardening. Today, I would like to welcome you to our home and convey the warm feeling that I received when I was a traveler myself. See you soon!
Our guest room is located near Rocamadour and the Padirac Abyss, in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Quercy Causses, close to the Dordogne Valley and its villages classified among the Most Beautiful Villages of France, such as Carennac, Loubressac and Autoire. Additionally, you can visit tourist sites such as the Eagles' Rock, the Monkey Forest, the Borie d'Imbert, the Lacave Caves, the Prehisto-dio Park, and Quercyland. Moreover, you can enjoy nice family walks and go canoeing on the Dordogne River. And of course, do not forget to taste the delicious local gastronomy.
