Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to enjoy a snowy getaway lulled by the mountain air by staying in this charming studio located in Oz-en-Oisans, in the heart of Alpe d'Huez! You will appreciate the authenticity of a family resort nestled at an altitude of 1350 m and the benefits of a comfortable flat! With a surface area of 22 m², this west-facing studio cabin, fully renovated in 2021, can accommodate up to 5 travellers and is composed as follows: living room with double sofa bed, open-plan kitchen, bathroom with Italian shower and separate WC. You will also appreciate its balcony from which you can admire the view of the Belledonne massif. Only one small animal accepted, to be informed imperatively, for a supplement. The accommodation : - Living room with a double sofa bed, TV. The dining area includes a dining table. - Fully equipped kitchenette: hob, microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery... - Sleeping area with a triple bunk bed (3 beds 90 cm x 190 cm). - Bathroom with shower. - Separate WC. Outside : - Balcony of 4 m² facing west and furnished with a table and 4 chairs, in order to enjoy a meal with a view of the Belledonne massif. Other remarks: - Cleaning to be done before departure. - Free Wifi available. - Sheets and towels not provided. - The accommodation is accessible by lift. - Ski room available. - The highest bed of the bunk bed is close to the ceiling. - Only one small animal accepted, to be informed imperatively, for a supplement of 15e/stay. - A second flat "L'Alpette", located in the same residence, can be booked depending on availability.
