the view was magical, the room was so clean and comfortable, Perfect TV unit has all channels and netflix and apple Tv to connect, very big room and space

The staff are friendly, welcoming and cannot do enough for you. The room was absolutely beautiful with great facilities, love the coffee machine in room and the little piece of nougat on our pillow each evening. Everything was extremely clean and the toiletries in the bathroom smell divine! The ski room is large and well designed with those extra touches like access to slippers once you've removed your ski boots. Breakfast had a huge selection, along with cooked eggs of your choice all included. Cakes and treats available after a full day skiing was very much appreciated.

M Lodge is a beautiful hotel in a great resort, but in my experience and opinion it is not 5 star. It's a shame that if you want to walk to the Spa in your towelling robe, you have to walk via the bar and reception! The Spa area is lovely but small. As vegetarian we were surprised at the lack of choices in the restaurant and for Tapas, although we did get offered some options when we asked. Breakfast is also lacking for a 5 star property - adding a toaster and other hot options would be good. Would we go back - probably, but with less expectation.

Tout était exceptionnel, les chambres sont confortables et chaleureuses, le spa où l’on peut vraiment passer un moment de détente, le bar et restaurant sont très bons et enfin le personnel toujours souriant et attentif. Il y a aussi un service de navette disponible à toute heure de la journée. Tout était parfait !

hotel muito novo, charmoso, aconchegante, numa vila de montanha sossegada, decoração de bom gosto. não é ski in/ski out mas está muito próximo das pistas, isso não fez diferença. staff muito gentil e atencioso. ajudaram-nos com muito carinho e paciência com todas as questões antes e durante a viagem.

L'ambiance et l'atmosphère chaleureuse de l'ensemble de l'établissement, magique. On ne peut tout simplement pas se sentir mieux a la montagne. La décoration est sublime et les matériaux sont choisis avec soin, chaque détail compte, l'ambiance Chalet est présent avec classe dans chaque recoin de l'hôtel. L'accueil du personnel est exceptionnel et leurs attentions très appréciés. Ils ont fortement participés à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. La suite que nous avons occupé en Dupleix était absolument magnifique. N'oubliez pas de dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel, la gastronomie y est clairement maîtrisé. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner,
