Welcome to this very quiet 30 m² mezzanine flat with a cocooning and relaxing atmosphere offering a 4 m² south-facing terrace with a beautiful view of the mountain. Private parking space between 5.30 pm and 8 am on weekends and free parking in the vicinity during the week. At disposal 1 room with a large bed 160*200 and a desk for 2 persons. Located in the centre of town and very close to many shops and restaurants. 2 km Its entrance is autonomous with key box (instructions sent by mail the day before your arrival) from the A40 motorway exit, ideal for easy travel Enjoy your stay in this apartment! **** FOR YOUR SKI SEASON **** We are at the foot of the ski resorts "DU GRAND MASSIF": 5 resorts make up the Grand Massif ski area: Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoens and Sixt Fer à Cheval offering cross-country skiing, alp in, sledging, snowshoeing... Cluses is : *20 min from the resort of Les Carroz (15km) *30 min from the resort of Flaine (29km) *34 min from the resort of Samoens (25km) *17 min from the resort of Morillon (14km) (shuttle departure at your disposal)

Located in the hypercenter next to the city hall, you can start your day with the good croissants of the bakery "Au coin du four" at 50 m from there or the Mie Caline! The numerous shops in the hypercenter offer you all the essentials within easy reach and on foot: *food shops (and not far from GRAND FRAIS/LIDL/CARREFOUR) *cafes/restaurants *tobacconist/press *cinema (3 rooms) brand new and modern at 3 min *showroom at 3 min *walking or biking with a long bike path (please contact me) along the glacial river Arve at 3 min walking distance PARKING *on weekdays : - daytime paid and free parking spaces (between 50 and 500m) A map will be sent to you the day before your arrival to facilitate access. -In the evening from 5pm to 8am in the private parking lot next to the apartment *on weekends: the Bank adjacent to the residence provides free parking in the evening and parking in the evening and on weekends from 4:30 pm to 8 am on Monday. Therefore, if you do not respect these hours, you risk having your car impounded! your car at the pound!
