We're a 10 min walk from the station (parking available) and a 7 min stroll in the centre of York. Please note we do not accept stag or hen parties, the house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood and is set up for families and groups of friends looking for Both houses have: - A living area with a SMART TV (Netflix, Britbox, Freeview) books and board games (109 also has a pool table) - A kitchen & dining area with everything you need to make proper family meals, a dining table that seats up to 6 (high chair on request) and a laundry area with washing machine, iron & drying rack. - A double & single bedroom - An attic bedroom that can bet set up with a super-king or 2 singles, and if requested an additional fold up bed for an additional charge. - A bathroom with separate shower & bath. - A courtyard with outside seating In addition 107 Nunnery Lane has: - A cinema and games room (with board games and a foosball table) in the basement. - A wood burner fire in the living room.

Hi i'm Claire. I am a freelance theatre producer and a stay at home mum. I love travel, going on family day trips, walking in the Yorkshire countryside, cycling, shopping, great food, fab coffee shops and cake which is why we live in York!. I am just two minutes away and on hand if you need anything. As a York local I know some great places to go and things to do if your here with friends or with family. When I travel I look for comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, great shower, soft towels and exceptionally clean house and this is what we offer our guests.
