Wow! This apartment has absolutely amazing views of the waterfront and pier in Felixstowe and further along the coast. Sit on the balcony and watch the world drift by or explore all that Felixstowe has to offer.

Neighborhood info

There is a huge amount to do exploring Felixstowe and the neighbouring countryside. If you can tear yourself away from the four miles of beach with the Edwardian architecture and colourful beach huts there are eight Grade II listed gardens along the seafront to explore. Originally landscaped by the Victorians, they have recently been restored. The area has a number of significant historical attractions associated with the sea and defence of the coast. There are four Martello Towers along the shore, built between 1804 and 1812 to protect the coast from the Napoleonic invasion. Tower 'P' at the Martello Park has information on its history on display. Landguard Fort is a Grade I listed fort built in the 18th Century and used to protect the coastline. It was in use up until 1956 including during both World Wars and you can explore the site and its history with both guided tours or at your own pace. The land around the fort is designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest and there are migrating birds and other wildlife and flora to see.
