2 bed semi-detached house, central to Warrington. 10 minutes drive from the town centre within a 2 minute walk to the bus stop. 2 minutes drive from the M62 and a 5 minute drive from the M6. Amenities include a pub, shop and chip shop within 2 minute walking distance from the house. Location perfect for short and long stays. Supermarkets within a 5 minute drive from the house. The house consists of a double bed, and 2 single beds along with a sofa bed downstairs and a shower and a bath, along with a spacious area to enjoy your stay. Driveway available for parking.
Quiet neighbourhood, close to Sankey valley park. Family pub within walking distance. Located close to town centre.
