Consists of a double master bedroom with electric wall heater, 2 twin bedrooms and a double pull out bed in the living area. All complete with clean bedding on arrival. Living area has a smart tv, gas fire, free wifi and a xbox with lots of games and dvds. We also have some traditional board games. Kitchen fully equipped for all your needs. Travel cot and high chair for the little guests. TV dvd in the master bedroom. 2 bathrooms, 1st toilet with sink and 2nd walk in shower with sink. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property but not on the furniture or in the bedrooms and not to be left alone in the caravan. On site *Coral beach bar with amusement *Laundrette *Sealands family bar with soft play *Cafe for breakfast and lunch *Fish and chips, pizza kebabs 5 mins walk to fantasy island and the beach
