Super helpful, friendly host. Had everything you could need here, plus off road parking. Lovely and clean, with fresh towels and bedding. Super big garden with large hot tub… pity the weather wasn’t kind to try it out! Good sized Co-op within 5 min walk and a superstore Sainsburys 5 min drive away. Eclectic decor!

You will be in Norwich yet also very close to major link roads to explore The Broads and Norfolk. Lovely 3 bedroom two-storey house with master King, twin room with two single beds, plus a single bedroom. EV car charger on site, no extra fee [free for 4 hours overnight and when the sun is out]. 3 person luxury hot tub on the outdoor terrace, fully sanitised after every visit, Spa robes provided. Private garden, patio table. Large driveway for parking 2 cars. Log burner and smart TV n lounge, kitchen with smart TV, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer. Bathroom with theromostatic shower and bath. Dedicated games/dining room with dining table and chairs, work/writing desk, two original arcade machines set to free credit play to help you unwind.

The property is located in an established friendly quiet residential area only a 2 minute walk from a local Co-op supermarket. It is also in walking distance or short drive of a larger Sainsbury's supermarket with a petrol station. There is also a Thai restaurant in walking distance of the property near the Co-op. Thorpe St. Andrew, not far from the property also has a lovely river area with boats and pubs along it. It is close to the new Broadland Park development with a Gridserve car charging facility with retail outlets, close to road connections to explore more of the county.
