Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located just a quick five-minute walk from the town and beaches is this beautiful newly built 3-bedroom detached house. The driveway fits two cars but a third could fit sideways blocking the other two in. All pots, pans, plates, and cutlery are provided for guests. There is an Asda just down the hill. Several beaches are within walking distance from this home. The closest is Great Western 7 minutes away. Guests must be aged 24 years of age or older to book. Younger guests such as children and other family members are fine. Please beware we have a security camera on the driveway. We must be told about all the guests staying at the house! Leaving the house and walking away from the town takes you to Trenance Boating Lake where there is a lovely cafe serving high-quality breakfasts. Across the road from the cafe, you will find the river Gannel which is a much quieter side of Newquay that boasts an incredible river walk that ends on Crantock beach. There are so many lovely walks that are accessible on foot from the house, message me for any advice you need! Have fun!
